Agreement

1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using Createaibbw App, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. One person, one account. Each account is personal. Sharing login details is not permitted.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes.
6. Respect. Hate speech, threats and harassment are not allowed in any conversation.
7. No minors content. Any attempt to produce content involving minors will result in permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
8. No illegal content. You may not use the service to plan, depict or solicit illegal activity.
9. No scraping. Automated scraping or mass data extraction is prohibited.
10. No reverse engineering. You may not decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract source code.
11. Intellectual property. The platform, branding, code, design and personalities are owned by Createaibbw App.
12. Your content. You retain ownership of messages and content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to display them back to you and operate the service.
13. Feedback. Suggestions you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to compensate.
14. Subscription billing. Premium features are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
15. Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
16. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
17. Refunds. Refunds are handled in line with the consumer protection laws of your country.
18. Price changes. We will notify you in advance of any price change and you may cancel before it applies.
19. Free tier. Free features may change over time as the product evolves.
20. Service availability. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
21. Maintenance. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.
22. Beta features. Some features may be marked beta and could change or be removed.
23. AI nature. All conversations on Createaibbw App are with AI characters; no human is on the other side of the chat.
24. Not professional advice. AI replies are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
25. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
26. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
27. Termination by you. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
28. Termination by us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
29. Data on termination. Your data is deleted following the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
30. Third-party services. The service may include links or integrations operated by third parties under their own terms.
31. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where we are established.
32. Dispute resolution. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
33. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
34. Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
35. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
36. Assignment. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
37. Notices. Legal notices may be sent to the email address linked to your account.
38. Updates to terms. We will notify users of material changes; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
39. Entire agreement. These terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.
