Privacy Policy

Plain-English rules on what we collect, why, and how to remove it. Last updated: June 2026.

Our approach to your data

  1. Minimal data by default. We collect the smallest amount of information needed to run Createaibbw App.
  2. Your messages are yours. We do not sell, rent or share chat content with third parties for marketing.
  3. You can leave at any time. One click in settings deletes your account, your history and every record we hold for you.
  4. Account information. When you register we store an email address, a hashed password and the display name you choose.
  5. Profile preferences. Your favourite girlfriends, selected moods and personalisation choices are stored to keep the app warm and personal.
  6. Chat content. Messages are stored encrypted at rest so the experience can stay continuous across devices.
  7. Voice notes. Audio messages are stored only until you delete them or your account, whichever comes first.
  8. Payment data. Card information is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
  9. Device and browser info. We log basic technical signals (browser, OS, language) to keep the app stable and secure.
  10. IP address. We process IP addresses for fraud prevention and to comply with applicable law; we do not use them for advertising.
  11. Cookies, strictly necessary. Required for login, session continuity and basic security.
  12. Cookies, analytics. Optional. Set only after you accept in the cookie banner. Used in aggregate to improve the product.
  13. Cookies, preferences. Remember UI choices like theme and language.
  14. No advertising cookies. We do not run third-party ad networks on Createaibbw App.
  15. Children. The service is intended for users 18 and over. Underage accounts are removed when identified.
  16. Lawful basis. We process personal data on the basis of contract, legitimate interest or your explicit consent, depending on the situation.
  17. Storage location. Data is stored in secure data centres operated by reputable providers within the EU and US.
  18. Encryption in transit. All traffic between you and our servers is encrypted with TLS.
  19. Encryption at rest. Sensitive data, including chat content, is encrypted while stored.
  20. Access control. Only a small number of trusted engineers have production access, and only when strictly necessary.
  21. Retention, chats. Chat history is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  22. Retention, logs. Technical logs are kept up to 90 days for debugging and security.
  23. Retention, backups. Encrypted backups roll off within 60 days of deletion.
  24. Your right to access. You can request a copy of your data at any time by emailing us.
  25. Your right to rectify. You can correct any inaccurate personal data.
  26. Your right to erase. You can request full deletion of your account and data.
  27. Your right to object. You can object to certain processing, such as analytics.
  28. Your right to portability. You can export your data in a machine-readable format.
  29. Your right to withdraw consent. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any moment.
  30. Right to complain. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
  31. International transfers. Where data crosses borders, we use standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards.
  32. Service providers. We rely on a short list of vetted vendors for hosting, payments and email; each is bound by contract to protect your data.
  33. No data sales. We do not sell personal data. Period.
  34. Breach notification. If a data breach affects your data, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
  35. Account security. We recommend strong unique passwords and never reusing them across services.
  36. Marketing emails. Only sent if you opt in. One-click unsubscribe in every message.
  37. Push notifications. Disabled by default and only used after you enable them.
  38. Cookie banner choices. Your choice is stored locally and respected on every visit.
  39. Children of users. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
  40. Policy updates. We will notify users by email or in-app of any material change to this policy.
